Utilizing the Carbonic Maceration Natural (CMN) method, this coffee undergoes a unique and highly controlled fermentation to yield complex and sweet flavor.
The CMN Amber lots are meticulously processed, with cherries placed inside sealed tanks and flushed with nitrogen and carbon dioxide to slow fermentation and encourage delicate flavor development.
