Ethiopia Ayla Bombe

Ethiopia Ayla Bombe is a highly rated, specialty-grade Arabica coffee, grown in the Sidamo region near the Shentawane village.

Natural / Dry-Processed: Famous for being a fruit bomb. Expect deeply saturated profiles like plum confit, frangipane, wild honey, and dark stone fruits. This coffee is processed at the Ayla Washing Station, which serves around 800 smallholder farmers.
